Our gym is located in the heart of Greensboro in Friendly Shopping Center. There is free parking the third level just steps from the facility.

Hours

Monday through Friday - 5am to 7pm
Saturday - 8am to 12pm
Sunday - Closed (Sorry, God's Orders)
